Para que el Senado de Puerto Rico exprese su más sincera felicitación y reconocimiento a a la Tuna Alondras de Puerto Rico, fundada el 14 de septiembre de 1995 por diez mujeres puertorriqueñas comprometidas con preservar y desarrollar la tradición de tunas en la Isla, por su valiosa trayectoria de treinta años. La Tuna Alondras se ha posicionado como la cuarta tuna femenina establecida en Puerto Rico y compuesta mayormente por exalumnas de la Universidad de Puerto Rico, Recinto de Río Piedras, la agrupación ha sido ejemplo de liderazgo, disciplina y excelencia musical.
