Para ordenar al Senado del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico, que de conformidad con la Sección 21.5 del Reglamento del Senado de Puerto Rico, se reúna en Comisión Total para realizar una Sesión de Interpelación al Secretario designado del Departamento de Recursos Naturales y Ambientales, señor Waldemar Quiles Pérez, a los efectos de conocer sobre las acciones y decisiones que ha tomado como secretario designado con relación a las controversias surgidas desde su llegada a la agencia; requerir información relacionada con los deberes, facultades, responsabilidades, funcionamiento y desempeño del mencionado Departamento y cualquier otra información requerida por los integrantes del Senado del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico; y para otros fines relacionados.
