“Para ordenar al Departamento de Justicia de Puerto Rico, a través de su Secretaria, a llevar a cabo todas las acciones que sean necesarias, incluyendo el uso de remedios legales para cancelar el contrato de la Autoridad de los Puertos y NFENERGÍA LLC, mediante el cual se pactó el arrendamiento por veinte (20) años de los muelles A y B de San Juan; disponer de un periodo máximo de treinta (30) días para que dicha agencia, informe a través de la Secretaría de los Cuerpos Legislativos sobre las acciones tomadas para dar cumplimiento con lo aquí exigido; y para otros fines.”
