Para ordenar al Departamento de Agricultura y a la Junta de Planificación de Puerto Rico proceder con la liberación de las restricciones y las condiciones sobre preservación e indivisión previamente impuestas y anotadas según dispuesto por la Ley Núm. 107 de 3 de julio de 1974, según enmendada, del predio de terreno marcado como Solar “E”, en el plano de inscripción del caso número 061U2-CT00-0798 localizado en el Barrio Guzmán Arriba del término municipal de Río Grande, Puerto Rico, con una cabida superficial de 3,930.400 metros cuadrados, y adquirida por Don William Rosario Ortiz y Doña María Milagros Díaz Colón, a los fines de hacer justicia a los residentes de la parcela que han adquirido mediante escritura.
