Para ordenar a la Autoridad del Distrito del Centro de Convenciones de Puerto, conforme a las disposiciones de Ley y reglamento aplicables, la transferencia mediante usufructo o cualquier otro negocio jurídico en el cual la Autoridad de los Puertos de Puerto Rico asuma la titularidad de la totalidad de las parcelas que comprenden el “Navy Frontier”, localizado en la Zona Portuaria de Puerta de Tierra en el municipio de San Juan; y para otros fines relacionados.
