Para ordenar a la Autoridad de Tierras y a la Junta de Planificación de Puerto Rico, conforme lo dispuesto por la Ley Núm. 107 de 3 de julio de 1974, según enmendada, comúnmente llamada “Ley de Preservación de Tierras para Uso Agrícola”, a proceder con la liberación de las condiciones y restricciones contenidas en la Escritura Pública número 57, otorgada en San Juan, Puerto Rico, el día 11 de mayo de 1972 ante el Notario Público America Cano De Rivera, sobre la finca número tres mil ciento sesenta y siete (3,167), inscrita en el folio sesenta (60) del tomo número setenta y cinco (75) del Registro de la Propiedad de Barranquitas. Dicha escritura consta a favor de Don Jesús Santiago Fonseca y Doña Justa Gómez.
