Para ordenar a la Autoridad de Tierras de Puerto Rico a liberar las condiciones y restricciones sobre preservación e indivisión previamente impuestas y anotadas, según dispuesto por la Ley Núm. 107 de 3 de julio de 1974, según enmendada, del predio de terreno marcado con el Número Nueve (9), localizado en el Barrio Cialitos del término municipal de Ciales, Puerto Rico; ordenar a la Junta de Planificación a proceder conforme a lo establecido en la Ley para permitir y autorizar la segregación de varios solares de hasta ochocientos (800) metros cuadrados cada uno del mencionado terreno, correspondiente dichos solares a los predios en los cuales ubican las residencias sitas en la finca; y para otros fines pertinentes.
