Para ordenar a la Autoridad de Tierras a transferir al Departamento de la Vivienda por el precio nominal un dólar ($1.00) el predio de terreno marcado con el número 7 y según datos de mensura con una cabida de 693.6628 metros cuadrados, que ubica en la carretera número 160 kilómetro 3.8 del Barrio Almirante Norte jurisdicción del Municipio de Vega Baja y donde enclava la vivienda de la señora Evelyn Adorno Agosto; y una vez adquirida la titularidad, segregarlo y cederlo; otorgándole título de propiedad a la señora Adorno Agosto; disponiéndose que se estará en cumplimiento del requisito de ingresos establecido en la Ley Núm. 132 de 1 de julio de 1975, mejor conocida como “Ley de Viviendas Enclavadas en Terrenos Ajenos”, según enmendada.
