Para ordenar a la Autoridad de Carreteras y Transportación de Puerto Rico, conforme a los estatutos de la Ley Núm. 74 de 23 de junio de 1965, según enmendada, establecer e implantar los mecanismos necesarios para el funcionamiento eficiente de los sistemas de alumbrado eléctrico en las calles y carreteras que posibilitan y viabilizan el tránsito de vehículos y peatones en el Municipio de Isabela; igualmente, desarrollar planes de mantenimiento y provisión de servicios para garantizar la existencia y ejecución efectiva de la infraestructura que genere energía para iluminación precisa y adecuada en las vías de rodaje y caminos antes referidos.
