Para enmendar los Artículos 1 y 3, y añadir un Artículo 3(a) a la Ley 17-2006, según enmendada, conocida como “Ley para el Empleo Prioritario de Personas Mayores de 60 años”, a los fines de incluir expresamente entre las modalidades elegibles de empleo prioritario o la concesión de incentivos encaminados al empleo de personas adultas mayores, los Programa de Trabajo a Distancia en las agencias, departamentos, corporaciones públicas e instrumentalidades públicas, así como programas similares en el sector privado, municipios participantes; así como el implementar un programa de formación y capacitación específico para los adultos mayores en las modalidad de trabajo a distancia; y para otros fines relacionados.
