Para enmendar la Sección 6080 de la Ley Núm. 1-2011, según enmendada, conocida como Código de Rentas Internas para un Nuevo Puerto Rico” o “Código de Rentas Internas de Puerto Rico de 2011” y añadir una Sección 6080.17 que le ordene al Secretario de Hacienda de Puerto Rico a que certifique al (la) Gobernador(a) cuando los recaudos sean superiores y se autorice una enmienda a la resolución de presupuesto vigente para la reasignación de las partidas del presupuesto aprobado; para que asigne el cincuenta porciento (50%) de dichos recaudos a que se distribuya proporcionalmente entre los contribuyentes que tengan un ingreso reportado en el Departamento de Hacienda de más de veinticinco mil dólares ($25,000.00) hasta doscientos cincuenta mil dólares ($250,000.00); y para otros fines relacionados.
