Para enmendar la Sección 6 y añadir un inciso (g) a la Sección 8 del Artículo VI, añadir un nuevo inciso (s) y un inciso (t), y derogar el actual inciso (s) de la Sección 2 del Artículo VII de la Ley Núm. 72-1993, según enmendada, conocida como “Ley de la Administración de Seguros de Salud de Puerto Rico”; enmendar el inciso (d)(1)(h) del Artículo 12 de la Ley Núm. 130-2007, según enmendada, conocida como “Ley para crear el Concilio Multisectorial en Apoyo a la Población sin Hogar”; y enmendar los incisos (1) y (3), derogar el inciso (10) y reenumerar los incisos (11), (12), (13), (14), (15), (16) y (17), respectivamente, como incisos (10), (11), (12), (13), (14), (15) y (16) del segundo párrafo del Artículo 6 de la Ley Núm. 11 de 23 de junio de 1976, según enmendada, conocida como “Ley de Reforma Integral de los Servicios de Salud de Puerto Rico”, a los fines de proveer un nuevo marco legal donde se le concedan ciertos derechos y beneficios de servicios de salud a las personas sin hogar; disponer que a los beneficiarios que sean personas sin hogar no se les requerirá un médico primario en ningún momento, ni se les impondrán limitaciones de áreas geográficas para la utilización del plan de salud; y para otros fines relacionados.
