Para enmendar el inciso (s) del Artículo 26.060 de la Ley Núm. 194-2011, según enmendada, mejor conocida como “Código de Seguros de Salud de Puerto Rico”, a los fines de establecer que la responsabilidad de la coordinación de beneficios es una mancomunadamente compartida de las organizaciones de seguros de salud o aseguradores, de sus intermediarios y de los proveedores participantes y cuáles serán los parámetros para tramitar la coordinación de beneficios de servicios de salud de los pacientes; añadir los sub-incisos 14 y 15 al inciso (a) del Artículo 17 de la Ley 194-2000, según enmendada, conocida como “Carta de Derechos y Responsabilidades del Paciente”, a los fines de proveer alternativas para que el paciente, asegurado o consumidor pueda presentar querellas administrativas; requerir la redacción de un Reglamento conforme a los parámetros de esta Ley y establecer campaña educativa; y para otros fines relacionados.
