Para enmendar el inciso Ñ del Artículo 5, añadir un nuevo Artículo 6 y renumerar el actual Artículo 6 como 7 de la Ley 237-2004, según enmendada, conocida como la “Ley para Establecer Parámetros Uniformes en los Procesos de Contratación de Servicios Profesionales y Consultivos para las Agencias y Entidades Gubernamentales del ELA”, a los fines de prohibir el beneficio económico de la contratación gubernamental a favor de personas que hayan declarado o admitido que han cometido delitos contra la integridad pública, de malversación de fondos públicos o delitos sujetos al Registro creado mediante el Artículo 6.2 de la Ley 2-2018, según enmendada, conocida como el “Código Anticorrupción para el Nuevo Puerto Rico”, independientemente de si fueron procesados por las conductas delictivas, incluir la obligación de certificar el hecho de no haber declarado o admitido los delitos señalados como parte de las cláusulas mandatorias de estos contratos, ampliar las consecuencias por violar las disposiciones de la ley, específicamente no beneficiarse en forma alguna de la contratación gubernamental realizada a favor de personas jurídicas con quienes mantengan relaciones laborales, contractuales o como accionista y para la devolución inmediata de todo ingreso o beneficio producto del contrato con el Gobierno del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico y sus instrumentalidades por violación de estas disposiciones; y para otros fines relacionados.
