Para enmendar el Artículo 3 de la Ley Núm. 107-1998, según enmendada; la Sección 2 de la Ley Núm. 108 de 12 de julio de 1985, según enmendada; y el Artículo 3.13A; el primer párrafo del Artículo 3.14; y el Artículo 3.24 de la Ley Núm. 22-2000, según enmendada, conocida como “Ley de Vehículos y Tránsito de Puerto Rico”, a fin de que la expedición de la tarjeta de identificación de las personas con impedimentos, sea vitalicia para personas con impedimentos certificados como permanentes; que se utilice el formato móvil de expedición de licencias de conducir, conforme a lo dispuesto en la Ley Núm. 22, supra, para las tarjetas de identificación para su validez legal y acceso virtual a través de una plataforma digital y aplicación móvil, que será diseñado por el Departamento de Salud, en coordinación con el Principal Ejecutivo de Puerto Rico Innovation and Technology Service del Gobierno de Puerto Rico (PRITS); establecer reglamentación al respecto; y realizar correcciones técnicas.
