Para crear la “Ley de Integración de Respeto a la Vida en Puerto Rico”, a los fines de establecer un marco normativo permanente de coordinación interagencial que permita identificar, articular, integrar y maximizar el uso de programas, iniciativas y servicios ya existentes en las agencias del Gobierno de Puerto Rico dirigidos a promover el respeto a la vida, la ética, la prevención de la violencia y la sana convivencia comunitaria, sin crear nuevas estructuras administrativas ni incurrir en gastos públicos adicionales, y para otros fines relacionados.
