SB 1407 - This act provides that the Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control (Section 311.661) and the Missouri Gaming Commission (Sections 313.912 and 313.1000), respectively, may require applicants for certain licenses to submit fingerprints to the Missouri State Highway Patrol as part of such application process. Such licenses include, as defined in the act: • Alcohol carrier or transportation license • Manufacturer-solicitor, domestic winery, or microbrewery license • Primary retail liquor license • Solicitor license • Wholesalers license • Wine direct shipper license • Fantasy sports contest operator license • Sports wagering retail license • Sports wagering mobile license.
