Theresa Gavarone is a Republican member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 3 since 2020. She previously served as a Wood County Commissioner from 2013 to 2020. Gavarone also served as Mayor of Bowling Green from 2004 through 2008. Gavarone is the co-owner of Mr. Spots restaurants and the wife of Jim Gavarone, the Bowling Green chief of police. She earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Bowling Green State University and is a member of the Ohio Farm Bureau, the National Rifle Association, and the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce.read less
