Shane R. Martin is from Missouri. He received his education at the University of Missouri-Rolla with a B.S. in civil engineering in 1992 and Missouri University of Science & Technology with a M.S. in engineering management in 2002. Martin has experience as a civil engineer and engineering manager. He served on active duty in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps from 1992 to 1997, reaching the rank of lieutenant. He remains active in the Navy Reserve.read less
