Seth M. Grove was elected to represent the 196th Legislative District in 2008. He graduated from York College in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in history and political science. He earned a master's from Penn State Harrisburg in public administration with a concentration on public policy analysis. Prior to his election, Seth served as a legislative assistant in the PA House. While working in the Legislature, Seth focused on transportation funding, prevailing wage, senior issues, property tax reform and tort reform. Seth also had the opportunity to work with the York County Solid Waste and Refuse Authority and gained great experience with environmental issues.read less
