Sergio Munoz Jr. is a Democratic member of the Texas House of Representatives, representing District 36. Munoz was first elected to the chamber in 2010. He previously served on the Mission City Council. Munoz is the owner of SJM Garage Doors. He has worked as a consultant for multiple U.S banks, mortgage, insurance, and security companies. Munoz earned his BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas-Pan American in 1998. He went on to receive his MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2003.
