Raymond A. Hull was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Government Administration from King's College in Wilkes-Barre. He later received a Master's degree in Public Administration from Marywood University. Hull spent 31 years working for Luzerne County government, including 18 years as Luzerne County Manager. He also served on the King's College Board of Directors and several other community boards and commissions. In 2016, Hull was elected to the Pennsylvania State House of Representatives for the 119th District. He serves on several legislative committees including Aging & Older Adult Services, Game & Fisheries, Human Services, and Transportation.read less
