Patricia A. Serpa was born and raised in West Warwick, RI. She attended the University of Rhode Island, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1992. After graduation, she was hired by KPMG in Providence as a Tax Accountant. In 1999, she started Tax Time Plus, Inc., an accounting and tax preparation service. Serpa has served on the West Warwick School Committee since 2008. She also helped create the West Warwick Alumni Scholarship Fund in 2000 and still serves on the Scholarship Committee.read less
