ABOUT
Nicholas P. Scutari was born in Linden, New Jersey. He earned his B.A. from Drew University in 1989 and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1995. Scutari was elected to the New Jersey State Senate in 2004, where he represents the 22nd legislative district. He serves as the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Scutari sponsored legislation including the Medical Marijuana Act, Animal Cruelty Laws, Jessica Lunsford Act, Green Acres funding, and Urban Enterprise Zones.read less
