Neil D. Breslin is currently serving his 7th term in the New York State Senate, representing the 46th Senate District. Senator Breslin serves as Chairman of the Senate Insurance Committee, and is a member of the Codes, Finance, Judiciary, and Rules Committees. He prides himself as being an independent voice who works with members of both parties to find solutions. Prior to being elected, Breslin served for 14 years as a member of the Albany County Legislature.
