By Amending Section 40-33-34, Relating To The Performance Of Medical Acts, Qualifications, Practice Agreements, Prescriptive Authorizations, Anesthesia Care, And Definitions, So As To Provide For Scope Of Practice To Include Prescribing Medications And Controlled Substances, And To Provide Conforming Definitions; By Amending Section 40-33-42, Relating To The Delegation Of Tasks To Unlicensed Assistive Personnel, So As To Provide For The Administration Of Medications As The Responsibility Of A Licensed Nurse As Prescribed By The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse;
