David S. Rust was born in Miami, Florida. He received his B.A. degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in 2009. He was the President of Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity and Captain of FAU’s Moot Court Team. Rust received his law degree from FAU in 2012, graduating cum laude.
