To amend sections 3314.03, 3326.11, 3328.24, and 4117.10 and to enact sections 3.19, 124.95, and 3313.473 of the Revised Code to prohibit a person who fails to comply with the Military Selective Service System from holding certain public offices or employment with the state, to require high schools to notify students of any obligation to register for the Selective Service System, and to amend the version of section 3314.03 of the Revised Code that is scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2025, to continue the changes on and after that date.
