S05253 - Requires the New York State energy research and development authority to develop a real-time mobile application with a corresponding map with information on electric vehicle charging stations and to make such information available on the authority's website; requires the mobile application and website to include an interactive real-time map with the addresses of each electric vehicle charging station in the state and the number of charging stations at each location, the operability of charging stations, whether the charging station is located in a parking lot, parking garage or on a street, whether there are fees required to use a charging station, and where to report operational issues with charging stations.
