ABOUT

Thomas J. Paolino Jr. was born in Providence, Rhode Island in 1960. He received a B.A. in political science from Providence College in 1982 and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1985. After law school, he joined the law office of his father, Thomas J. Paolino, eventually becoming a partner in 1991. Their law firm handles personal injury and workers' compensation cases. He is admitted to practice before the Rhode Island Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Tax Court. In 2002, Paolino ran for Lieutenant Governor as an independent candidate. He lost in the general election, winning 2.5% of the vote. He also ran unsuccessfully for Rhode Island Attorney General in 2006. Since 2010, Paolino has hosted a radio talk show on WHJJ.read less
