Thomas A. Albert was born in Pennsylvania. He earned his BA from Lycoming College in 1970. Albert served in the Peace Corps in Kenya from 1970 to 1972. Albert spent ten years working in the petrochemical industry as an engineer. He earned his MBA from Tulane University in 1982. Albert then worked in finance at a utility company for 18 years before retiring.read less
