Shawn Fluharty is a democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 3. He was first elected to the chamber in 2012. Fluharty earned his B.A. in Political Science from West Virginia University in 2000. He went on to receive his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2003. Fluharty served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Ohio County. He has also worked as an attorney in private practice. Fluharty is a member of the West Virginia Bar Association, Ohio County Bar Association, and Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia.read less
