Seth A. Howard is a former Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 120 from 2013 to 2021. He has worked as a computer programmer and consultant. Howard was also previously a radio announcer. In 2012, Howard won election in the general election to the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 120. He defeated David Burton (R). He then went on to win re-election in 2014 and 2016 before being defeated by David Burton (R) in 2018.read less
