Rita Potts Parks is running for Georgia State Senate District 13. She has served on the Board of Commissioners in Walker County for over 8 years. Parks is a small business owner in Walker County operating a child care learning center. She serves on several local and regional boards related to criminal justice, workforce development and education. Parks believes we need to fully fund education, make healthcare more affordable and accessible, defend the vulnerable, and create good jobs.
