Patricia Puertas Rucker is a Republican candidate for District 43-B, Minnesota House in the Minnesota state legislature election. Rucker has worked as an Immigration Advisor at Catholic Charities of Southern MN and as an Educational Assistant at St. James Public Schools. Rucker has a B.A. degree in Psychology from Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil. Community involvement has included serving as a Sunday school teacher, participating in mission trips, volunteering at Love Inc., and working with Developing Youth Talent Initiative.
