Morgan B. Cephas is a member of the Pennsylvania House, representing District 192. She assumed office in 2017. Representative Cephas earned her B.A. in political science from Temple University in 2006 and her M.S. in community economic development from Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to her election, Representative Cephas was an advocate and community organizer in Philadelphia.
