Mario R. Mattera is a Constitution Party candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 11th Congressional District of Pennsylvania. Mattera ran unsuccessfully for the seat in 2018, finishing last in a field of three candidates. Prior to entering politics, Mattera worked for over two decades as a city letter carrier with the United States Postal Service.
