Louis P. DiPalma is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island State Senate, representing District 12. DiPalma earned his BA in Computer Science/Mathematics from the University of Rhode Island in 1988. He has worked as an Information Technologist, Chief Information Officer, and Consultant. DiPalma served on the Middletown Town Council from 2000 to 2008 and was Council President from 2004 to 2008.
