ABOUT
LaToya Joyner is a member of the New York State Assembly, representing District 77. She assumed office in 2015. Joyner previously served as Chief of Staff for Assemblyman William Scarborough from 2007 to 2014. Joyner earned her B.A. in Political Science from SUNY Albany. She went on to receive her J.D. from Touro College. Joyner lives in Queens, NY.read less
