Grayson B. Lookner was born in New York City, NY. He graduated from Harvard University with a B.S. in Economics in 2010, and later received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2014. After law school, Lookner worked at the law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. He specialized in securities litigation and white collar criminal defense.
