Frank A. Ciccone was born in North Providence. He is Catholic. He received his BA from Rhode Island College. Ciccone is a former high school teacher. He also served in the RI House of Representatives from 1990 to 2002. In 2003, he was appointed to the RI Board of Governors and served until 2016. He operates a small shoe repair business. Ciccone is married with two children. He resides in North Providence.read less
