Dan Kerschen, born in Garden Plain and raised on the family farm, learned the value of hard work at a young age. After graduating high school in Cheney, Dan earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and later a Master's in Business Administration. In 2014, Dan won his first term in the Kansas House, representing the 104th district. He currently serves on the Appropriations, Energy/Utilities/Telecommunications and Taxation Committees. Outside the legislature, Dan owns an insurance agency and financial services company. He lives in Garden Plain with his wife, Tara, and their four children.read less
