Clarence K. Lam is a member of the Democratic party. He serves in the Maryland State Senate representing District 12. Lam has served District 12 since 2011. Lam attended the University of Chicago for his Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees. He earned his Master of Public Health degree from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health.
