Bennett Montgomery Queen's political career began when he won election to the South Carolina House of Representatives in 2018, representing District 42. He serves on the Education & Public Works Committee as well as the Legislative Oversight Committee. Prior to his election, Queen was a staff attorney for the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee from 2016-2018. He also worked as an associate attorney focusing on medical malpractice law.
