Anne C. Perry was born in Toledo, Ohio. She received her Bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Toledo in 1984 and her law degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1987. Ms. Perry served as an Assistant Lucas County Prosecutor from 1992-1996 before entering private practice as an attorney. She has served on the committee of the Lucas County Republican Party and has been active with several community organizations.read less
