ABOUT
Aileen M. Gunther was born in Jamaica, Queens, New York. She received her B.S. degree in Education at SUNY New Paltz and her Master's in Social Work at NYU. She served as Orange County Legislator from 1993 until her election to the New York State Assembly in 2003. Ms. Gunther is a member of numerous community organizations and professional societies, including the NAACP, NOW, NAMI, NARAL and the Orange County Women's League. Her daughter Katie lives in Newburgh and son Sean lives in Tampa, Florida.read less
