Abigail Spanberger is running for election to the U.S. House to represent the 7th Congressional District of Virginia. She is a former federal law enforcement officer and CIA officer. Spanberger grew up in Henrico County, Virginia. She received a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. She also has a master’s in business administration from a dual degree program between Valparaiso University and the University of Münster in Germany.read less
