Directs the Department of Transportation to pursue cooperative efforts with the State of Idaho to apply for assistance from the Federal Railroad Administration to study potential for reestablishing service on the Amtrak Pioneer Line and submit a progress report to the Joint Committee on Transportation no later than December 31, 2024. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
