An Act To Amend Section 21-25-23, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Boards Of Trustees Of Community And Junior Colleges To Enter Into Contract With A Municipality For The Provision Of Fire Protection Services; To Amend Section 37-29-231, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Boards Of Trustees Of Community And Junior Colleges, In Their Discretion, To Enter Into Interlocal Agreements With The County Governing Authority Where The Community Or Junior College Is Located, To Provide Fire Protection And First Responder Services To The Main Campus Of The Community Or Junior College; To Provide The Board Of Trustees Of The Community Or Junior College The Discretion To Offset The Cost Of The Services By Assessing A Student Fee Each Semester; To Amend Section 37-29-141, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
