Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes: In provisions amending the Auction License Act, provides that courses offered by auction schools to obtain the real estate auction certification shall be approved by the Real Estate Administration and Disciplinary Board. In provisions amending the Home Inspector License Act, inserts provisions concerning licenses on inactive status. In provisions amending the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002, restores language concerning continuing education requirement for residential leasing agents. In provisions amending the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act, makes changes in provisions concerning investigations.
